Shining Stars is a mentoring program for girls ages 5-12 years old. It is a non competitive program that encourages fun, dance skills, confidence to experience an on stage at the Sapphire Center Theater plus have a fun pizza party. The girls will receive and official Miss America Little Sister Shining Stars sash, official tiara , they will perform a dance number at the Miss Fountain Valley 2027 pageant.
Cost: Regular price is $200 but special sponsored rate is $100 per girl. Price is $190 for 2 sisters.
